Frames At Large
2016
Six painted steel frames, participant-generated performance documentation.
Community members were invited to check out an artist-made steel frame, which they could take wherever they wanted for four hours. The frames served as perspective tools to re-see a familiar environment and one's relationship to it. Framing, mapping, using lines to make space; composing a view to see it more clearly: ways of highlighting particularities of observation that give rise to a common ground of relational experience.
